Wacom Tablet Tips
If you are artistically inclined, you may want to try out one of the graphics tablets we have. They are a little small, but are still very useful to simulate the feel and touch of a real paintbrush or other tool. And even if you aren't already an artist, you my find the table useful. Either way, there is a learning curve.
NOTE...we have TWO different tablets. The following information is regardgin the two (2) bamboo tablets. New information regarding the Genius 8x6 MousePen Tablet as soon as possible. Similar information may apply.
I am going to try to put some tips here for you to get going quickly. Software is already installed so that programs like Paint.net and Photoshop will benefit from the tablet.
Precision
Pressure Sensitivity (but NOT in PaintDotNet)
Local Control - Each user can change the settings for the tablet buttons (shortcuts, etc.)

Below are some basic Control Panel Settings (Pen Tablet Properties) that will help you understand how the pen and tablet work together. You might be able to change the settings, but I recommend the default at least initially. If and when you would like to change the settings, go to Control Panel, switch to Classic View then select "Pen Tablet Properties".
We have two brands of Tablets: Genius (below) and Wacom (scroll further down).
