Katie's Photo Page

Well, as you can see I have a passion for photography and I have for a few years. I've been in Mr. Loker's Communication Graphics class for two years and hope to be in the class my Senior year. These few pictures are the best pictures I have taken this year. If you are interested in taking a closer look at them click on the one you would like to view.

First picture: This is a portrait of myself taken by a fellow classmate. Our class had a partner project and Jared was my partner. We took portraits of each other and both of our portraits are posted on our pages.

Second picture: Our photography class took a trip to a graveyard to take pictures so, I decided to experiment with my camera and a grave. With a slow shutter speed I took a picture of myself running away from the grave, causing a ghost looking effect.

Third picture: I did a special project involving multiple images and a friend of mine. I had a blast at doing it! It was easy and it take long at all. I experimented with different colored flashes and clored back grounds.

Fourth picture: I took the picture of Kathy in the student parking lot, took it into Photoshop copied, then flipped her picture and added Jupiter to the background. I did all this on my computer in Communication Graphics. This picture is my favorite of all my computer edited photos!
